Construction and Cultivation of Trusted Data Space from the Perspective of Institutional Economics

Abstract
Under the background of establishing the nationally integrated data market and deepening market-oriented reforms in the allocation of data,Trusted Data Spaces have emerged as a critical enabler for the efficient circulation and value realization of data.Within the theoretical framework of institutional economics,Trusted Data Spaces represent a novel institutional arrangement designed to coordinate socio-economic relationships among diverse agents.They embody three core institutional functions:trust mechanisms,collaborative governance,and incentive mechanisms.Trusted Data Spaces influence socio-economic activities by enhancing resource allocation efficiency,adopting innovative governance modes,reshaping market competition dynamics,optimizing innovation ecosystems,and fostering convergence between traditional and emerging industries.The study proposes advancing the development of Trusted Data Spaces through core technologies,data governance,incentive mechanisms,and security safeguards,thereby providing both the technical infrastructure and institutional foundations for building an efficient and trustworthy data market.关键词
