仲景分三焦辨治"短气"探析
Analysis of the Treatment of Shortness of Breath by ZHANG Zhongjing Based on the Triple Energizer

Abstract
Shortness of breath,as a common clinical symptom,is primarily characterized by rapid breathing and a sensation of incomplete inspiration.The triple energizer,being one of the major Fu-organs in the human body,encompasses extensive functional domains.It closely relates to two vital physiological substances Qi and water,overning water metabolism,and facilitating the movement of Qi,blood,and body fluids.Pathological changes in the triple energizer can induce various disorders,with shortness of breath being particularly associated.Through textual research,it is observed that ZHANG Zhongjing frequently employed the triple energizer as a framework for disease localization in diagnosing visceral disorders,adopting therapeutic strategies aligned with the functional characteristics of its three regions(upper,middle,and lower Jiao).This study employs triple energizer pattern differentiation as the core analytical approach,supplemented by six meridians,Zang-Fu organs,and essence-Qi-blood-body fluid pattern differentiation systems.Through systematic analysis of shortness of breath related passages in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,it was found that shortness of breath predominantly manifests in upper Jiao disorders.These cases mainly involve Taiyang and Shaoyin meridians,with phlegm-fluid retention as the principal pathological product,accompanied by visceral pathologies such as lung atrophy with fluid depletion and insufficient ancestral Qi.Middle Jiao shortness of breath relates to Yangming meridian disorders,featuring pathological characteristics of water retention below the heart and binding of water-heat,often accompanied by spleen-stomach cold deficiency.Lower Jiao shortness of breath shows strong correlation with kidney deficiency and consumptive disorders,rarely involving other pathologies.ZHANG Zhongjing's concept of triple energizer pattern differentiation proves applicable not only to shortness of breath disorders but also extends to various visceral conditions.Although predecessors recognized this approach,systematic theoretical elaboration remained lacking.In-depth exploration of ZHANG Zhongjing's triple energizer pattern differentiation principles holds significant value for advancing his academic theories in clinical practice.关键词
