行业产教融合共同体机制研究
Research on the mechanism of the industry-education integration community:a case study of lightweight design in precision injection molds

Abstract
With the acceleration of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,Industry-Education Integration has become the key path to promote the coordinated development of vocational education and industry.Based on the lightweight design of precision injection mold,this paper explores the operation mechanism and practical effect of industry Industry-Education Integration community.In this study,case analysis,on-the-spot investigation and data statistics are used to build a collaborative mechanism that includes five dimensions:organizational structure,personnel training,technological innovation,resource sharing and evaluation and encouragement.It is found that the Industry-Education Integration model based on real projects can effectively improve the efficiency of technical research and students'comprehensive ability,and at the same time promote the development of regional industries.However,it also exposes some problems,such as poor interest coordination,insufficient motivation for enterprises to participate,and low matching degree of educational resources.In view of these challenges,this paper puts forward some optimization ways,such as perfecting the system guarantee,strengthening collaborative innovation,improving the service ability of universities,and exploring diversified cooperation modes.关键词
