Abstract
Taking a railway high-gas tunnel as the research object,this study systematically designed and applied a ventilation safety scheme.Through analysis of the project profile and gas conditions,the main risks and difficulties in constructing high-gas tunnels were clarified.Based on relevant standards and engineering practices,ventilation parameters were determined,and air volume calculations for each construction phase were completed to rationally select ventilation equipment.The results show that the outlet air velocity stably exceeds 2.8 m/s,meeting the design requirements;the minimum return air volume consistently remains over 185 m3/min and can guarantee efficient air circulation in the tunnel.Field measurements confirm that the maximum gas concentration in the tunnel is only 0.10%(far below the regulatory limit of 0.50%),dust concentration is controlled within 4 mg/m3,and levels of harmful gases like CO and H2S are below occupational health standard limits.The air quality fully meets the operational requirements inside the tunnel.关键词
