中医药调控细胞程序性死亡治疗胃癌前病变研究进展
Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Regulating Programmed Cell Death in the Treatment of Gastric Precancerous Lesions

Abstract
Gastric precancerous lesions(GPL)are mucosal pathological changes with the potential for malignant transformation,and they are crucial for the secondary prevention of gastric cancer.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)shows unique advantages in treating GPL,achieving remarkable clinical therapeutic effects under the guidance of TCM theory.The pathogenesis of GPL remains to be fully elucidated.Identifying disease-specific therapeutic targets and drug-efficacy mechanisms is now a hot and difficult issue.Cell programmed death(PCD),including apoptosis,pyroptosis,autophagy,and ferroptosis,plays a key role in GPL development.An increasing number of studies have recently explored the mechanisms of TCM in treating GPL by regulating PCD.Results show that TCM can inhibit malignant transformation of normal gastric tissue cells and promote the death of precancerous cells by regulating the expression of key PCD genes,proteins,and related signaling factors.This achieves the improvement and reversal of the local mucosal microenvironment.This article reviews the progress of TCM regulation of PCD in the treatment of GPL over the past five years,aiming to provide a reference basis and new directions for further research on drug target mechanisms in this disease.关键词
