Abstract
[Research purpose]Against the strategic background of improving self-reliance and strength in science and technology during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period,this study explains the intrinsic logic of high-level science and technology supporting the high-quality development of the circulation industry,identifies the current practical difficulties in the supporting process,and proposes systematic practical strategies,which has important theoretical value and practical significance for building a modern circulation system.[Research method]Based on a research approach that combines theoretical interpretation and problem orientation,this paper first uses the inductive and deductive methods to analyze the mechanism of high-level science and technology in supporting the development of the circulation industry,then uses systematic analysis to explore the deep-seated causes of the current practical difficulties,and finally adopts the countermeasure research to construct an operational practical path.[Research conclusion]High-level science and technology,by enabling precise responsiveness in circulation links and breaking through traditional circulation boundaries,has become a key driving force for reshaping the structure of the circulation industry;the current supporting process mainly faces difficulties such as insufficient systematic integration and in-depth application of technology,lagging strategic cognition and inadequate organizational capacity building of enterprises,and a mismatch between governance rules and infrastructure supply under the system;during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period,efforts should be made to build a collaborative application system for digital technology,create paths for circulation participants to strengthen their digital capabilities,and improve the institutional support framework for the digital circulation industry's development,so as to fully realize the supporting effect of high-level science and technology and promote the transformation of the circulation industry into a high-quality,modern,and ecologically sustainable system.关键词
