Design and Experiment of 3ZCZ-12 Intertillage Weeding Machine

Abstract
At present,the domestic intertillage weeder had the problems of low technical content,poor reliability and low weeding rate,which was difficult to meet the needs of large-scale green agricultural production.Therefore,based on the in-depth analysis of the working mechanism of the weeding machine,the 3ZCZ-12 weeding machine was successfully de-veloped.The model fully took into account the functionality and practicality in the overall design,and the overall structure was compact and the layout is reasonable.Its main innovation was reflected in the optimization design of key components:Firstly,the finger-shaped rubber weeding device adopted flexible rubber material and special finger-shaped structure,which could not only strongly remove weeds between rows and young grass between seedlings,but also avoid mechanical damage to crop seedlings,effectively balancing weeding effect and seedling protection safety.The second was a closed se-ries hydraulic parallel four-bar profiling mechanism,which could adapt to the undulating terrain in the field in real time,ensured that the weeding device always maintained a stable working gap with the surface,and improved the weeding uni-formity and operation quality of complex plots.In terms of operation performance and practicability,the requirements of the machine for supporting power were more than 117.6 kW.With strong power support,the number of operation rows could reach 12 rows,with a total of 13 operation units.Among them,there were 6 single ridges and 7 single ridges,which could fully meet the needs of efficient operation of large-area farmland.At the same time,the machine was equipped with a hydraulic control beam folding and unfolding system,and the volume was greatly reduced after folding,which was not only convenient for road transportation and field transfer,but also could effectively reduce the preparation time and transportation cost.The results of field experiments showed that the weeding rate of the machine was as high as 94.91%,and the seedling injury rate was only 1.88%.This index was not only significantly better than the national standard,but also successfully overcame the industrial problems of low efficiency of traditional manual weeding and high risk of chemical weeding pesticide residues.The machine provided key equipment support for large-scale green agricultural production,which was of great significance to promote the green transformation of agriculture and realized the high-quality development of agriculture in China.关键词
