New Quality Productive Forces,Financial Intelligence-Digitalization,and Common Prosperity
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]Developing new-quality productive forces is an inherent requirement and key focus for promoting high-quality development.As the core of the modern economic system,the digital and intelligent transformation of finance has become a critical driver for empowering new-quality productive forces and advancing common prosperity.[Research method]This paper employs political economy and digital finance theories to systematically elaborate on the connotation and characteristics of new-quality productive forces,as well as their new demands on the financial system.It provides a detailed analysis of how financial digitalization functions in mechanisms,such as optimizing resource allocation,reducing transaction costs,and bridging digital gaps.Furthermore,it explores how financial digitalization can serve as a strategic link between new-quality productive forces and common prosperity by supporting technological innovation,empowering small and medium-sized enterprises,facilitating rural revitalization,and improving the inclusive financial system.The study indicates that current challenges,including data governance,algorithmic fairness,regional coordination,and risk prevention,still persist.[Research conclusion]Addressing these challenges requires joint efforts across four dimensions—institutional supply,technological ethics,infrastructure,and regulatory innovation—to build a virtuous cycle of"technology-industry-finance-people's livelihood"development,providing robust support for advancing common prosperity for all.关键词
