摘要

Abstract

Objective Toexplore the application effectof team-based learning(TBL)combined withcase-based learn-ing(CBL)in teaching of anesthesia interns in daysurgery.Methods 72 anesthesiology interns practicing at the Day Surgery Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zheng-zhou University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two equal groups using a random number table:the basic group(traditionalteach-ing)and thecombined group(TBL combined with CBL teaching).The theoretical knowledge,practical skillsassess-ment scores,clinical thinking ability,learning initiative,comprehensive ability,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results After teaching,the combined group showed significantly higher scores in theoretical knowledge,practical skills,clinical thinking ability,learning initiative,comprehensive ability,and teaching satisfaction compared tothe basic group,with the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The TBL combined with CBL teaching meth-od can effectively enhance the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of anesthesia interns in day surgery while achieving,higher teaching satisfaction,making it worthy of promotion and application in day surgery anesthesia intern teaching.
