基于离散元的植树挖穴机具钻头的仿真与优化
Simulation and Optimization of Tree Planting and Hole Digging Machine Drill Bit Based on Discrete Element Method

Abstract
In recent years,land desertification has become increasingly severe due to issues such as soil erosion and ex-cessive deforestation.Planting trees and afforestation is the most effective and fundamental way to solve land desertifica-tion.The drill bit is the core component of the tree planting machine.In order to improve the planting effect of the tree planting machine,a pit digging drill bit suitable for planting Xinjiang poplar trees was designed.By seeking its optimal working parameters,a better pit digging effect was achieved.Using soil samples from Xibulong Forest Farm as a reference,the relevant properties of the soil were determined.A discrete element model of the soil was established using discrete element analysis software,and the cutting processes of the soil with single and double helix drill bits were simula-ted.The simulation results showed that compared to traditional single threaded drill bits,the structure of double threaded drill bits was beneficial in reducing the resistance experienced by the drill bit when cutting soil.Based on the results of discrete element analysis,the structural and process parameters of the double helix drill bit were optimized through orthog-onal experiments.At the same feed depth,the maximum torque and output of the drill bit were related to the thread incli-nation angle,downward feed rate,and rotational speed of the drill bit.Taking the maximum amount of excavation and the minimum maximum torque as the optimization objectives,the optimal parameter combination was determined as the thread inclination angle of 45°,the feed speed of 85 mm/s and the speed of 215 r/min,and the excavation effect is the best un-der this parameter.关键词
