摘要

Abstract

With the iterative advancement of big data models,artificial intelligence has gradually become a powerful tool for climate governance.While AI brings opportunities to climate governance,it also gives rise to ethical risks at political,economic,social,and ecological levels.To effectively prevent and control the ethical risks of artificial intelligence in climate governance,the international community should embed rigid legal constraints to regulate AI-enabled climate governance activities;reconstruct the rights and responsibilities of multiple stakeholders to guard against technological substitution;establish a global climate AI mechanism that balances development rights with climate justice;strengthen algorithmic governance and development to prevent technical biases from exacerbating climate inequity;and reshape sustainable ecological ethics to guide AI toward harmonious coexistence with nature.
