摘要
Abstract
Agricultural scientific research institutions are the strategic force for national agricultural scientific and technological innovation.Based on in-depth investigations of 33 institutes of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,this paper detailedly revealed the current problems existing in agricultural scientific research institutions in aspects such as mechanism coordination,standardization and regularization construction,incentive and restraint,and talent evaluation.Starting from job responsibilities,it put forward optimization measures including optimizing management mechanisms,improving the standardization system,and perfecting the evaluation and assessment mechanism,aiming to provide references for improving management efficiency under the background of independent and self-reliant agricultural science and technology.关键词
