摘要

Abstract

The germination rate,germination potential,seed viability index,relative main root length,and germination days of pineapple Sugar apple seeds(Annona×atemoya Mabb.)were studied after germination at high temperatures for 1-6 days,followed by germination at room temperature.The control group was germinated at room temperature.The results revealed that with increasing temperature,the germination time of pineapple sugar apple seeds decreased,but the germination rate de-creased.Under constant temperature conditions,28℃was the most suitable germination temperature for sugar apple seeds.After germination at 36℃for one day and subsequent storage at room temperature,the seed germination rate and germination potential reached the highest values of 87.5%and 83.33%,respectively,with the most uniform germination.Treatment at 36℃for 1-3 days significantly promoted the seed 36℃viability index and relative radicle length.When the high-temperature germination at 36℃exceeded three days,the seed germination rate began to decrease,and germination became irregular.When the treatment duration exceeded four days,the seed viability index and relative radicle length were inhibited.Pineapple sugar apple seeds can tolerate the high temperatures of 36℃for 3-4 days.
