Differences in the Accumulation and Translocation of Cu,Pb,Cd,and As Among Different Vegetable Varieties Under As-Cu Combined Pollution
摘要
Abstract
To screen vegetable varieties with low heavy metal accumulation under As-Cu combined pollution to ensure the safety and quality of vegetables,a field experiment was conducted in As-Cu combined-polluted farmland in Mile city,Yunnan Province. This experiment aimed to explore the differences in the accumulation and translocation of heavy metals(Cu,Pb,Cd,As)among 11 vegetable varieties including Tomatoes, peppers, eggplants,Chinese flowering cabbage, asparagus lettuce, kohlrabi, cucumbers, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, and Chinese cabbage under soil As-Cu combined pollution. The results showed that under As-Cu combined pollution, the contents of Cu,Pb,Cd,and As in the edible parts of the 11 vegetable varieties varied significantly, ranging from 0.77 to 3.46 mg·kg-1,0.01 to 0.09 mg·kg-1,0.002 to 0.009 mg·kg-1,and 0.002 to 0.015 mg·kg-1,respectively,all of which met the national hygienic standards for vegetables. The enrichment coefficients of Cu,Pb,Cd,and As in all tested vegetables were less than 1,and the translocation coefficients of Cu,Pb,Cd,and As from the roots to the edible parts of the tested vegetables were also less than 1.Based on the contents of Cu,Pb,Cd,and As in the edible parts of the 11 tested vegetables, cluster analysis was performed. The results indicated that Chinese cabbage and flowering Chinese cabbage were va-rieties with high Cu,Pb,Cd,and As accumulation, while cucumber was a variety with low Cu,Pb,Cd,and As accumulation.关键词
