德钦纹胸鮡与光唇裂腹鱼的体组成及肠道菌群比较
Comparative Analysis of Body Composition and Gut Microbiota Structure between Glyptothorax deqinensis Mo et Chu,1986 and Schizothorax lissolabiatus Tsao

Abstract
To reveal interspecific adaptive differences between the Glyptothorax deqinensis Mo et Chu,1986 and the Schizothorax lissolabiatus Tsao,which coexist in the Lidi Reservoir area of the Lancang Riv-er but exhibit contrasting ecological habits,this study systematically compared their body composition,nutritional quality,and gut microbial community structure.The results showed that,in terms of nutri-tional composition,the crude protein content(17.51±0.77%)and total amino acid content of S.lissolabi-atus Tsao were significantly higher than those of G.deqinensis Mo et Chu,1986(10.13±0.44%),whereas G.deqinensis had a higher crude fat content(7.82±1.72%).Regarding the gut microbiota,S.lissolabia-tus Tsao exhibited greater species richness and higher mean abundances of multiple metabolic functional pathways,while G.deqinensis Mo et Chu,1986 showed higher microbial diversity and evenness,with its microbiota significantly enriched in metabolism-related functions.BugBase phenotype prediction indicated that the microbiota of G.deqinensis Mo et Chu,1986 possesses stronger potential for environmental adap-tation and horizontal gene transfer.From the perspectives of nutritional ecology and microbial function,this study elucidates the differentiated habitat-adaptation strategies of the two fish species,providing a sci-entific basis for differential conservation and ecological management of fish resources in the Lancang River.关键词
