Clinical Implications of Targeting Vasculogenic Mimicry in Triple-Nega-tive Breast Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)poses a significant clinical challenge due to its invasive and metastatic nature.Blood vessels within tumors promote metastasis.However,traditional vascular-targeting agents have proven largely ineffective in treating TNBC.Vasculogenic mimicry(VM)has been identified as a key driver of invasion and metastasis in TNBC.Recent studies have revealed that the formation of VM involves complex mechanisms regulated by multiple signaling pathways.Additionally,therapeutic strategies targeting VM in TNBC have been proposed,with several candidate drugs hav-ing entered clinical trials.This paper outlines the importance of VM in TNBC and explores VM-targeted clinical treatment strategies.关键词
