摘要

Abstract

This article reports a complex diagnostic and therapeutic course of a case involving acral malignant melanoma combined with lung adenocarcinoma.It emphasizes the importance of early recognition and diagnosis of acral malignant mela-noma,while also highlighting the need for clinicians to strictly differentiate between metastatic carcinoma and primary cancer by integrating histopathology,immunohistochemistry,and molecular profiling when dealing with suspected malignant lesions.
