摘要

Abstract

Less manufacturing data for optical waveguide molds can affect the constraint conditions set during the 3D modeling process,resulting in lower mold modeling accuracy.Therefore,this article focuses on the optimization of design for manu facturing(DFM)for thick walled optical guide molds of automotive headlights under three-dimensional modeling constraints.Using laser triangulation,measure the three-dimensional structural data of the thick walled optical guide mold for car lights.Build a differential pyramid to transform theoretical models into manufacturable physical models.Introducing DFM technology,based on the DFM analysis mechanism of optical waveguide molds,design three-dimensional modeling constraints for thick walled optical waveguide molds for car lights from two aspects:dimensional tolerance constraints and mold stiffness constraints.Based on the solid model,the static constraints are transformed into performance constraints under dynamic working conditions,and the DFM optimization of the optical guide mold is achieved through production numerical dynamic simulation.Experimental results have shown that the deviation of the mold modeled using the method proposed in this article is controlled within±0.2 mm,the temperature fitting degree is closer to 1,and the deformation fitting amount is completely within the confidence interval,consistent with the trend of interval variation.The calculated response time can be kept below 0.5 ms,and the modeling response time is fast,achieving high-precision 3D modeling.
