曹守沛教授基于双心思想从痰论治原发性高血压经验
Professor Cao Shoupei's experience in treating primary hypertension based on the"dual-heart"theory with a focus on phlegm
摘要
Abstract
Primary hypertension(hereafter referred to as hypertension)is a common cardiovascular disorder characterized mainly by elevated systemic arterial pressure.Its pathogenesis involves complex bidirectional interactions with various psychosocial factors.Professor Cao Shoupei places emphasis on emotional regulation and mental tranquility in the treatment of hypertension.He identifies"phlegm-dampness"as a key point in the treatment of the disease,and has developed a herbal formula known as Jianpi Tongluo Decoction("Spleen-Fortifying and Collateral-Unblocking Formula").He employs the therapeutic paradigm of"syndrome-based disease unification and the integration of disease diagnosis with syndrome differentiation".By doing so,it allows for a multi-targeted and holistic therapeutic strategy through traditional Chinese medicine,which targets different physiological and pathological processes simultaneously and addresses the patient as a whole.This has resulted in significantly improved antihypertensive outcomes.This study summarizes and organizes Professor Cao Shoupei's therapeutic philosophy,aiming to provide novel insights for the clinical treatment of hypertension.关键词
