A"New Four-Pillar:Framework of Digital Economy Driven by Data Factorization
摘要
Abstract
In the context of the accelerating development of the global digital economy,data has emerged as a crucial new factor of production,following land,labor,capital,and technology;its pro-cess of factorization and valorization constitutes the core engine driving the development of new quality productive forces.Compared to traditional factors,data possesses unique characteristics such as non-scarcity,replicability,and shareability,which determine the distinctive nature of its factorization path and value realization mechanism.This paper proposes a"New Four Modernizations"framework for the digital economy-one that possesses stronger theoretical logic and practical guidance:"Digital Indus-trialization,Industrial Digitalization,Data Factorization,and Data Valorization."It systematically ana-lyzes the economic characteristics of data factors and their factorization path,explicitly elevating Data Factorization to an independent and fundamental modernization.The research suggests that data fac-torization is not only a prerequisite for promoting the realization of data value but also the logical start-ing point for building the data factor market and a critical link for the high-quality development of the digital economy.关键词
