摘要

Abstract

B In ehis paper,the structure of the rear bumper plastic part of the automobile,the pouring system,exhaust system,and demolding mechanism of the rear bumper precision mold of the automobile are combined and formed by SolidWorks software,and the overall precision mold design is completed.Then,the modeling is carried out by SolidWorks software,and the mold is imported into the CAM module of SolidWorks software in a suitable format to complete the processing process planning and determine the process parameters.Finally,the experimental results show that the design modeling of the pouring system and the exhaust system by SolidWorks is about 8d.The design modeling of the demolding mechanism is about 6d,and the cost is 16.52% lower than the budget cost.The gate solidifies at 1.5 min,and the solidification factor reaches 1.The product warpage value is about 1 mm,and the maximum error between the warpage simulation value and the value is 0.08 mm,which verifies the effectiveness of SolidWorks.
