基于"虚毒致癌"学说探讨张冰教授治疗消化道肿瘤的临床策略
Clinical Strategy of Professor ZHANG Bing in Treating Gastrointestinal Tumors Based on the Theory of"Deficiency-toxin Inducing Carcinogenesis"

Abstract
This study aims to deeply investigate Professor ZHANG Bing's theory of"deficiency-toxin inducing carcinogenesis"and its practical strategies in the clinical treatment of gastrointestinal tumors.According to this theory,the occurrence and progression of gastrointestinal tumors are closely related to patients'deficiency of healthy qi and carcinogenic toxins arising from both internal and external factors.The key pathogenic factor is the"deficiency-toxin"state,which is intimately associated with impaired immunity and metabolic dysregulation.The"deficiency-toxin inducing carcinogenesis"theory advocates a treatment principle of simultane-ously addressing deficiency and toxin,enhancing healthy qi,expelling cancer toxins,and regulating Zang organs to stabilize the body.Based on these principles,eight therapeutic methods for cancer are proposed.Clinical applications have demonstrated signifi-cant efficacy in improving the quality of life,prolonging survival,and reducing chemotherapy side effects in patients with gastroin-testinal tumors.This theory offers a novel paradigm and practical guidance for the integrated treatment of tumors combining tradi-tional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.关键词
