Analysis of the Treatment Strategies for Sleep Disorders Based on Six-meridian Pattern Differentiation in the Treatise on Cold Damage Disorders

Abstract
Sleep disorders,as a highly prevalent disease,continuously damage the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients.Based on the six-meridian pattern differentiation and treatment system,the Treatise on Cold Damage Disorders system-atically expounds its pathogenesis and treatment methods,pointing out that sleep disorders are not isolated symptoms but specific manifestations of the overall imbalance of qi movement in the transmission and transformation of the six meridians.Zhang Zhongjing established the six-meridian differentiation and treatment system,emphasizing precise identification of the location and nature of the disease,providing a systematic theoretical framework for understanding the complex mechanisms of sleep disorders and achieving precise treatment.This article aims to explore the six-meridian differentiation and treatment concepts for sleep disor-ders in the Treatise on Cold Damage Disorders,analyze their etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic strategies,and formula applica-tions,and provide classic basis for clinical practice.关键词
