"肝郁脑衰"假说的理论演变及其实证研究
Theoretical Evolution and Empirical Study of the"Liver Depression and Brain Decline"Hypothesis

Abstract
This study focuses on the hypothesis of"liver depression and brain decline",systematically expounding on its theoretical construction and empirical process.Based on the theory of the connection between the liver and brain meridians and emotional pathogenesis in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)classics,it traces the evolutionary trajectory from single negative emotions(anger)to compound negative emotions,and then to long-term accumulation of negative emotions,revealing the core mechanism that"long-term accumulation of negative emotions leads to liver depression,which through pathways such as qi and blood imbalance and brain malnutrition,causes brain functional decline".Through multidimensional empirical research,including animal experiments,cognitive assessments of normal individuals and patients,this study confirms the self-consistency of this hypothesis within the framework of TCM theory and its modern scientific basis.Long-term accumulation of negative emotions can accelerate brain aging,liver depression is closely related to early changes in cognitive function,and liver-dispersing intervention is effective.This study provides new perspectives and ideas for the prevention and treatment of brain aging-related diseases.关键词
