降香清血丸治疗高原高脂血症患者的随机对照临床研究
A randomized controlled clinical study on the treatment of high-altitude hyperlipidemia patients with Jiangxiang Qingxue Wan

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Tibetan medicine Jiangxiang Qingxue Wan(JXQXW)in treating patients with high-altitude hyperlipidemia.Methods Sixty hyperlipidemia patients admitted to Diqing Tibetan Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were enrolled and randomly assigned to a treatment group(31 cases)or a control group(29 cases).The treatment group received JXQXW,while the control group received rosuvastatin.Total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,and overall therapeutic efficacy were compared after 4 weeks of intervention.Results After treatment,the levels of TG,TC,and LDL-C in the treatment group significantly decreased compared to before treatment(P＜0.05),while the change in HDL-C levels showed no statistical significance(P＞0.05).Compared to the control group,the treatment group exhibited a more significant reduction in TG(P＜0.05),but no statistical difference in the effect on HDL-C(P＞0.05).The overall efficacy rate of lipid control in the treatment group was 80.65%,while that in the control group was 89.66%,with no statistically significant difference between the groups(P＞0.05).In terms of improving TCM syndrome patterns,the treatment group's total efficacy rate was 93.54%,significantly higher than the control group's 62.07%(P＜0.05).The treatment group demonstrated superior efficacy in alleviating symptoms such as limb heaviness,dizziness,vomiting with phlegm,and fatigue compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion JXQXW effectively reduces TG,TC,and LDL-C levels in high-altitude hyperlipidemia patients,addressing the limitation of statins in TG modulation.It also significantly improves TCM syndromes and enhances quality of life,demonstrating substantial clinical value for broader application.关键词
