中药天然产物防治阿尔茨海默病的研究进展
Research Progress on the Prevention and Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease with Natural Products of Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by a latent onset.Its clinical manifestations en-compass comprehensive dementia,such as memory impairment,executive dysfunction,and alterations in personality and behavior.Numerous bioactive components derived from natural products exhibit efficacy in treating AD and possess the attributes of multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway.Natural products from traditional Chinese medicine can block the interaction between β-amyloid protein(Aβ)and its extracellular and intracellular targets by regulating the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT)signaling pathway.Additionally,they can weaken stress kinase signaling cascade,prevent the activation of cysteine aspartate protease(Caspase)and the expression of pro-apoptotic protein following AD onset,inhibit neuroinflammatory responses,reverse cholinergic dysfunction,alleviate Aβ-induced neurotoxicity,reduce hyperphosphorylation of Tau protein,promote Aβ degra-dation,enhance synaptic plasticity,reduce neuron loss,and ultimately exert therapeutic effects on AD.关键词
