基于瞬时弹性成像评价芪茵颗粒治疗代谢相关脂肪性肝病的临床疗效
To assess the clinical efficacy of Qiyin granules in the treatment of metabolic associated fatty liver disease based on transient elastography

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiyin granules in the treatment of metabolic associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)by noninvasive liver fibrosis indices and fat attenuation parameters.Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,a total of 70 patients diagnosed with MAFLD were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group and Qiyin group.During this period,both groups of patients received health education and basic treatments such as maintaining a healthy lifestyle.The control group received only basic treatment,while Qiyin group received Qiyin granules in addition to the basic treatment.The treatment course for both groups was 12 weeks.After the treatment,the following aspects of the two groups of patients were observed:Liver function(ALT,AST,GGT,TBIL,DBIL,IBIL),blood lipids(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,VLDL-C),blood glucose(FPG),liver fibrosis score(NFS,APRI,FIB-4,BARD,LSM),degree of steatosis(CAP),and safety evaluation.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,ALT,AST,TG,VLDL-C and CAP in Qiyin group were significantly decreased,HDL-C was significantly increased,the proportion of moderate and severe steatosis was significantly decreased,and higher efficacy rates of steatosis efficacy(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the degree and staging of liver fibrosis(P>0.05).Conclusion With the guidance of healthy lifestyle,Qiyin granules can reverse the liver function,blood lipid and steatosis degree of MAFLD patients.关键词
