Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of optimizing the emergency nursing process on rescue outcomes and sleep quality in patients with severe hand trauma.Methods:A total of 100 patients with severe hand trauma who were treated at the Army 73rd Group Hospital from January 2024 to May 2025 were selected as study participants.According to the random number table meth-od,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received rou-tine nursing intervention,while the observation group received optimized emergency nursing process intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare sleep quality between the two groups.The time to achieve stable vital signs,time to treatment initiation,and total treatment time were recorded.Nursing satisfaction levels were also compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the rescue outcomes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,nurs-ing satisfaction was higher,and PSQI scores were significantly lower.The differences between the two groups were statistically sig-nificant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Implementing an optimized emergency nursing process for patients with severe hand trauma can improve rescue effectiveness,enhance nursing satisfaction,and promote better sleep quality.关键词
