清达颗粒对肥胖型高血压小鼠靶器官损害的影响
Effects of Qingda Granules on Target Organ Damage in Obese Hypertensive Mice

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Qingda Granules(QDG)on target organ damage in high-fat diet(HFD)-induced obese hypertensive mice.Methods:Mice were randomly divided into three groups(n=6 per group)using a random number table:blank control group,HFD group,and QDG administration group(HFD+QDG).The control group was fed standard chow,while the HFD and HFD+QDG groups were fed a HFD to establish an obese hypertensive model.From week 6,the HFD+QDG group re-ceived QDG(1.3 g/kg·d)by gavage,while the control and HFD groups received an equal volume of saline.All groups were trea-ted under the same conditions for 12 weeks.Systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were measured weekly using a tail-cuff non-invasive blood pressure meter.Vascular,cardiac,and renal functional changes were assessed by small-animal ultrasonography.After 12 weeks,tissues were collected for histopathological examination using hematoxylin-eosin(HE)stai-ning.Serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),uric acid(UA),and creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB)were measured using an automated biochemical analyzer.Results:Compared with the HFD group,the HFD+QDG group showed significantly lower body weight and blood pressure(P<0.05),higher cardiac ejection fraction and left ventricular systolic velocity(P<0.05),lower renal blood flow resistance index(P<0.05),slower vascular pulse wave velocity(P<0.05),and thinner vascular walls.His-topathological examination showed improvement in abdominal aorta,heart,and kidney damage.Conclusion:QDG can attenuate the increase in body weight and blood pressure induced by a HFD in mice and alleviate damage to target organs such as blood vessels,heart,and kidneys.关键词
