Discussion on the Prevention and Treatment of Gastric"Inflammation-Cancer Transformation"Based on the Principle of Critical Slowing Down in Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
This study introduces the principle of critical slowing down to investigate the complex and non-linear dynamic evolution of the stomach's"inflammation-to-cancer transformation"and to identify key intervention points.It explores the construction of an early identification system for unstable states during this transformation from both macro and micro perspectives.The proposed approach integrates TCM's four diagnostic methods and endoscopic examination at the macro level with serum molecular biomarkers and microbiome testing at the micro level,supported by artificial intelligence technology.From the holistic and dynamic perspective of TCM,it also examines effective intervention strategies at the unstable stage.In the initial stage of noxious invasion,priority is given to minimizing external disruptive factors;in the progressive phase of visceral Qi derangement,the focus shifts to strengthening the body's intrinsic capacity for self-restoration.And in the late stage when the gastric collaterals are structurally altered,the key lies in harnessing the momentum of the disease to dissolve the stubborn affliction,thereby re-establishing the stomach's internal milieu and its self-regulating functions.With the aim of halting or reversing the disease trajectory during the critical window of gastric"inflammation-to-cancer transition",this approach offers a novel perspective for integrated Chinese-Western prevention and treatment of precancerous gastric lesions.关键词
