摘要

Abstract

Objective:To elucidate the process of syndrome differentiation and treatment in clinical diagnosis and therapy based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)expert knowledge using knowledge semantic network graph technology,thereby providing in-dustry standards and norms and supporting intelligent applications in primary-level clinical practice.Methods:Clinical practice guidelines and TCM textbooks were retrieved and systematically organized to construct a high-quality expert knowledge corpus in the field of TCM.The Neo4j graph database was used to construct a"syndrome differentiation and treatment"knowledge graph.Re-sults:Knowledge graphs for more than 300 TCM diseases were constructed,comprising seven categories of entities and their rela-tional networks,including TCM disease names,syndromes,syndrome patterns,Western disease names,symptoms,formulas,and Chi-nese herbal medicines.Conclusion:This study proposes a TCM knowledge graph for syndrome differentiation and treatment that in-tegrates expert experience with evidence-based evidence.By visualizing nodes and their relationships,it provides decision support for primary care settings and promotes the modernization of TCM and the intelligent translation of evidence into practice.
