Research on the Operational Mechanisms of Technology-Enabled Digital Governance Transformation in Public Organizations:A Case Study of Hospital F

Abstract
This study examined the implementation mechanism of HRP system adoption for digital transformation at Hospital F's medical consumables management.Key findings included that technology-enabled management restructuring addresses centralization,fragmentation,and manual processingthrough automated procurement,intelligent inventory systems,and full-process monitoring;andtechnological innovation and management innovation formed a dynamic interaction mechanism where technological applications required organizational adaptation for optimal effectiveness.The"technology-management"collaborative framework proposed in this case had reference value for the digital transformation of medical,education and other fields.关键词
