基于脆性视角的西北生态脆弱区农村家庭能源转型研究动态进展
Research dynamics and prospects of rural household energy transition in the northwest ecologically fragile areas from the perspective of brittleness
摘要
Abstract
Energy transition of rural households is extremely susceptible to external disturbances,as frequent energy structure degradation events such as relapsing into coal or firewood severely impede the progress of energy transition and the realization of energy common prosperity.This paper systematizes the current state of research on household energy transition brittleness,including its connotations and characteristics,influencing factors and multidimensional effects.This paper identified a lack of data on the energy transition in the northwest ecologically fragile areas and a deficiency in the understanding of transition rules.In addition,theoretical framework and technical methods for comprehensive assessment on energy transition brittleness and its interactive coupling relationship between the multidimensional effects in rural households remained scarce,and the implementation of decision management that targets energy transition brittleness in rural households were found insufficient.Based on these findings and the fact of energy transition brittleness in the northwest rural ecologically fragile areas,this paper proposes several directions for future research:(1)Establishing a conceptual model by erecting a system for measuring the energy transition brittleness and clarifying the key characteristics.(2)Conducting long-term monitoring of energy transitions in typical villages and towns,so as to reveal the evolutionary mechanism resulted from interactive disturbances of exogenous and endogenous brittleness factors.(3)Building a comprehensive and multi-disciplinary model including energy transition brittleness,environment,health,low-carbon and society for quantifying the potential socio-economic consequences of energy transition brittleness.(4)Establishing a platform for the dynamic monitoring and early warning of rural household energy transition brittleness and forming a three-sphere intervention mechanism integrating brittleness identification,prevention and mitigation.The purpose of this paper is to improve the knowledge and understanding of rural household energy transition from a brittleness perspective and to provide academic references for future researches on energy transition brittleness.关键词
