基于经筋理论的峨眉伤科流派手法在肱骨外上髁炎中的临床应用研究
Clinical Application of Emei Traumatology Technique in Lateral Epicondylitis Based on Meridian Sinew Theory

Abstract
Objective Based on the meridian sinew theory,and emphasizing the holistic view of anatomy and function,this study investigates the efficacy of Emei traumatology manipulations in treating lateral epicondylitis.Methods Eighty patients with lateral epicondylitis were randomly assigned to either the treatment group or the control group(n=40 per group).The control group received traditional tuina combined with acupuncture,while the treatment group underwent Emei traumatology manipulations rooted in meridian sinew theory.Interventions were administered once daily for 20 sessions.Visual analog scale(VAS)for pain,Mayo elbow performance score,and musculoskeletal ultrasound assessments were conducted before and after treatment for both groups.Results After 20 sessions,both groups demonstrated significant improvement in VAS,Mayo scores,and musculoskeletal ultrasound parameters compared with pre-treatment measurements(P all<0.05).The treatment group exhibited superior improvement over the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emei traumatology manipulations based on meridian sinew theory outperform traditional acupuncture-tuina therapy in treating lateral epicondylitis.关键词
