植物乳杆菌6PC益生特性研究及其作为饲用除臭剂的应用
Study on Probiotic Properties of Lactobacillus plantarum 6PC and Its Application as Feed Deodorizer

Abstract
This study aimed to screen and obtain a strain of Lactobacillus plantarum with both probiotic and deodorizing properties.The strain was identified through morphological and molecular sequencing analysis.Its probiotic and deodorizing characteristics were evaluated via acid and bile salt tolerance tests,antibacte-rial activity assays,ammonia nitrogen removal tests,and piglet feeding trials.The results showed that Lacto-bacillus plantarum 6PC had a 3-hour survival rate of 90.24%in pH 3.0 simulated gastric fluid,tolerated 0.6%bile salts,inhibited Escherichia coli growth,could grow in heterotrophic nitrification medium for 5 d,and removed 82.14%of ammonia nitrogen(75 mg/L)in heterotrophic nitrification medium.The results of the piglet rearing experiment show that,compared with the control group,the diarrhea rate of pig-lets in the experimental group with 0.01%,0.05%and 0.10%Lactobacillus plantarum 6PC powder was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the average daily feed intake and average daily weight gain of piglets in the experimental group with 0.05%and 0.10%Lactobacillus plantarum 6PC powder were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ammonia nitrogen content in pig manure was significantly reduced by more than 80%(P<0.05).In conclu-sion,it can be seen that Lactobacillus plantarum 6PC not only enhances animal intestinal health and improves breeding efficiency but also effectively reduces ammonia emissions in farms,demonstrating excellent deodor-izing effects.It can be utilized as a novel feed additive in the livestock and poultry breeding industry.关键词
