Abstract
With the acceleration of scientific and technological development and modernization,China's agriculture is in a critical period of transforming from traditional extensive growth to high-quality,intelligent and sustainable development.The 2025 Central Government Document No.1 first proposed"leading the agglomeration of advanced production factors with scientific and technological innovation and developing agricultural new-quality productive forces in light of local conditions",which highlights the strategic position of agricultural new-quality productive forces in promoting rural entrepreneurship and the construction of an agricultural power.This paper elaborated on the main concepts and scientific connotation of agricultural new-quality productive forces,analyzed the development direction and tasks of developing agricultural new-quality productive forces,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions based on cultivating new-type agricultural laborers,taking the application of new-quality means of labor as the key point,and adapting to new-quality objects of labor as the fundamental premise,striving to provide reference for the development of agricultural new-quality productive forces in the new era.关键词
