基于改进ICP算法的钢框架结构全过程质量检测方法研究
Research on the whole process quality inspection method of steel frame structures based on the improved ICP algorithm

Abstract
Three-dimensional laser scanning technology enables rapid assessment of the fabrication and construction quality of a single steel component,but it still has problems such as slow registration rate and insufficient accuracy when detecting steel frame structures.Therefore,this paper integrates the Sample Consensus Initial Alignment(SAC-IA)algorithm with the Normal Distributions Transform(NDT)algorithm and proposes an improved Iterative Closest Point(ICP)registration algorithm,which is applied to the quality inspection of steel frame structures.The results show that the improved ICP registration algorithm optimizes the registration process between the Building Information Modeling(BIM)models of steel structures and the three-dimensional laser scanning point cloud data.Compared with the conventional algorithm,the proposed algorithm increases registration accuracy by 50.2%and reduces registration time by 34.1%.The quality inspection method of steel frame structures based on the improved ICP algorithm enables fast and accurate registration between point clouds and BIM models,which improves the efficiency of steel structure quality inspection.关键词
