水系统中改良T型三通水力特性研究
Study on the hydraulic characteristics of improved T-tee in water system

Abstract
To address the issue that local resistance of T-shaped tee fittings in water systems increases operational energy consumption,this paper proposes an improved T-shaped bend tee,with a conventional straight tee used as a reference.Using the multiphysics simulation software COMSOL,the velocity and pressure fields of fluid flow within tee pipes were simulated.This study focuses on analyzing the effects of different inclination angles and connection configurations of the lateral branch on the internal velocity,pressure,and local resistance coefficient of the T-shaped tee.The results indicate that in diverging tee configurations,vortex formation occurs as fluid enters the lateral branch,hindering fluid flow;the introduction of a bend pipe results in more uniform downstream velocity and smoother streamlines,facilitating fluid flow in both diverging and converging T-shaped tees.Under diverging conditions,the 60°bend pipe exhibits the smallest local resistance coefficient.In converging conditions,when the angle θ is 60° or 90°,the local resistance coefficient of the bend tee is significantly lower than that of the straight tee;however,when the angle θ is 30°,the difference in local resistance coefficients between the bend and straight tees is minimal.关键词
