摘要

Abstract

Green biomanufacturing,as an important development direction of the strategic emerging industry in the bioeconomy,has a broad market prospect.The development and application of industrial enzymes serve as the core of biomanufacturing and an important part of industrial biotechnology,thus play a crucial role in promoting the sustainable development of the bioeconomy.Herein we reviews the current status of the global industrial enzyme industry,and summarized the key technologies involved in the development of industrial enzymes,including gene mining,high-throughput screening,enzyme structure analysis,and intelligent computational design.In addition,we presented the expression and application of industrial enzymes with widespread market applications,such as proteases,amylases,lipases,and cellulases.In the end,we provided the outlook of the future development of industrial enzymes,which could significantly accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the green manufacturing industry.
