摘要

Abstract

Herbicides are widely employed to ensure efficient and stable production in modern agriculture;however,their toxicity to organisms within ecosystems and bioaccumulation through the food chain pose severe threats to human health.Therefore,the development of rapid and accurate herbicide residue detection technologies has emerged as a critical priority.Meanwhile,to address the diverse characteristics of complex samples,pretreatment methods for herbicide residues are continually refined to enhance the precision of subsequent analytical outcomes.Pretreatment methods,such as solid-phase extraction(SPE),magnetic solid-phase extraction,molecularly imprinted(MIP)SPE,accelerated solvent extraction(ASE),dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME)and QuEChERS technique are reviewed.Additionally,detection methodologies,including chromatography,combined chromatography mass spectrometric hyphenated techniques,and sensor-based detection systems,are comprehensively overviewed.By integrating these advancements,this study aims to provide a reference framework for the innovation of more efficient and precise technologies in herbicide residue detection.
