摘要
Abstract
In recent years, the development speed of new energy in the Northwest China has far exceeded the consumption capacity of the power system, and the PV power curtailment rate has rebounded. In 2024,several provinces in China adjusted their time-of-use electricity pricing policies on the grid side, widening the electricity prices gap between peak and off-peak periods.Based on this, this paper first provides a detailed introduction to the specific situation of time-of-use electricity prices in the Northwest China(including Shaanxi Province,Gansu Province,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,Qinghai Province, and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region)before and after the adjustment of the grid side time-of-use electricity pricing policy in 2024.Then,a comparison is made on the technical and economic feasibility of different types of PV brackets, and a comparative analysis is conducted on the output power of PV power generation systems in the five regions using flat single-axis tracking PV brackets and fixed PV brackets, respectively. Finally, based on the time-of-use electricity pricing policies on the grid side in various regions, the economic feasibility of using flat single-axis tracking PV brackets and fixed PV brackets for PV power generation systems is calculated. The research results show that:1)Under the new time-of-use electricity pricing policy on the grid side, most of the five regions have adjusted their main PV power generation periods from normal periods to off-peak periods, and the gap between electricity prices during peak periods and off-peak periods has widened. The electricity price during the daytime off-peak period has a significant impact on the revenue of PV power generation, while the flat single-axis tracking PV bracket has the characteristic of generating large amounts of electricity in the morning and evening, which can effectively compensate for the loss of revenue. When applied in the Northwest China,it can significantly improve the investment return of PV power generation systems.2)Compared with the use of fixed PV brackets, the PV power generation systems in the five regions have significantly increased their annual power generation capacity when using flat single-axis tracking PV brackets, with an average increase of 15.07%in annual power generation capacity in the five regions.3)Compared with using fixed PV brackets, the static cost of using flat single-axis tracking PV brackets in PV power generation systems is about 0.35 yuan per watt higher, and the operation and maintenance cost is about 0.005 yuan per watt. The average IRR in five regions is 4.62%higher,and the average return on capital is 17.68%higher.The research results can provide data-driven recommendations for investment in PV power generation projects in the Northwest China under the time-of-use electricity pricing policy on the grid side, and can also provide reference for the PV bracket selection and development of PV power generation projects in the future.关键词
