摘要

Abstract

This paper first introduces the concept of glare and the anti-glare design of anti-glare PV glass.Then,through a series of tests,it compares and studies the comprehensive performance of anti-glare PV glass,conventional PV coated glass,and ordinary architectural glass,exploring the advantages and disadvantages of the three types of glass in terms of optical performance,coating adhesion,stain resistance and self-cleaning performance,PCT,and machinery mechanical properties.Finally,it provides an outlook on the applications of anti-glare PV glass and anti-glare PV modules.The research results show that:1)The distinctive feature of anti-glare PV glass applications lies in its unique anti-glare design,which reduces specular reflection by increasing diffuse reflection of incident light,thereby achieving a certain anti-glare effect at various light incidence angles.Additionally,approximately 1/3 of the transmitted light passes through the glass in a scattered form,a characteristic that makes anti-glare PV glass more compatible with solar cells that have advantages in weak light power generation.2)In terms of overall performance,the transmittance of anti-glare PV glass is slightly lower than that of conventional PV coated glass,but it has outstanding ability to reduce the intensity of specular reflection at all angles of light incidence tested.Increasing the surface roughness of anti-glare PV glass can lead to a decrease in its surface adhesion and wear resistance.The texture on the surface of anti-glare PV glass make it easier for dust and pollutants to adhere,which can affect its self-cleaning and cleaning performance.And the embossing process on the upper and lower surfaces of anti-glare PV glass will have a certain impact on its machinery mechanical properties.
