整党运动视域下太行解放区基层干部整改研究
Research on the Rectification of Grassroots Cadres in the Taihang Liberated Area From the Perspective of the Party Consolidation Movement

Abstract
The Party Consolidation Movement carried out by the CPC in the Taihang Liberated Area from 1947 to 1948 was actually accompanied by the land reform.It was not only a political reform movement to mobilize farmers to turn over,but also a political construction movement to improve the purity of the party members and cadres and strengthen the loyalty of the party members and cadres.Compared with several previous cadre rectification campaigns,this campaign is more thorough and more purposeful.It requires not only the purity of the cadre team,but also the loyalty of the cadre team.Therefore,the Party Consolidation Movement is not only a thorough"face washing"of the puri-ty of the grassroots cadres,but also a deep transformation of the spirit and soul of the grassroots ca-dres.The movement began in a"stormy"way and ended in a"gentle breeze and drizzle"way.The reason for this is that,on the one hand,the land reform and the Party Consolidation Movement caused the instability of rural society and the confusion of grassroots cadres.On the other hand,when the new social order was initially established,it has become the need of the times to guide ordinary cadres to get rid of confusion and strengthen the training of newly promoted cadres in a"gentle"way.In a word,although the land reform and the Party Consolidation Movement has achieved remarkable re-sults,it is not perfect.It will inevitably be a social reform movement that continues to innovate and correct errors.The twists and turns in the process also fully prove that the cultivation of the party member and cadre team is a long-term and unremitting arduous project.关键词
