Abstract
Drug toxicity prediction is a critical step in the drug development process,as it helps to identify candidate compounds with greater safety and therapeutic potential at an early stage,thereby reducing the risk of failure in later clinical trials.In recent years,Artificial Intelligence(AI)has been widely applied to drug toxicity prediction,providing theoretical foundations and decision-making support for early-stage screening and safety assessment.This article reviewed recent advances in AI-based drug toxicity prediction and introduced commonly used public databases in related research.Finally,it discussed future research directions and the challenges that remain in this field.关键词
