门冬清肺饮文献分析
Literature analysis of Mendong Qingfei Yin
摘要
Abstract
Mendong Qingfei Yin is a classical prescription originating from Treatise on Discrimination of Endogenous and Exogenous Diseases by Li Gao of the Jin Dynasty.The formula is composed of eight medicinal components:Asteris Radix et Rhizoma,Astragali Radix(Huangqi),Paeoniae Radix Alba(Baishao),Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma(Gancao),Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma(Renshen),Ophiopogonis Radix(Maidong),Angelicae Sinensis Radix(Danggui),and Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus(Wuweizi).It is traditionally indicated for symptoms such as shortness of breath,weakness,mental fatigue,epistaxis,and hemoptysis due to spleen-stomach deficiency.Currently,this formula has been effectively applied in treating endocrine,respiratory,and immune system disorders.By reviewing relevant literature on Mendong Qingfei Yin and summarizing according to the Principles for Verification of Key Information of Ancient Classical Prescriptions,the article identifies key information including the original textual source,botanical origins of the medicinal components,processing methods,dosage,and decoction and administration methods.This work not only provides important references and a basis for pharmaceutical preparation research of Mendong Qingfei Yin but also facilitates its industrialization.Furthermore,the article briefly analyzes the current status of clinical application research on Mendong Qingfei Yin,aiming to provide an efficacy basis for modern preparation research when developing drugs for specific diseases treated by this formula.关键词
