摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the application effect of iohexol and ethiodized poppyseed oil in X-ray hysterosalpingography(HSG)in infertility patients.Methods A total of 180 infertility patients who underwent X-ray HSG in the First Division Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(90 cases)and the observation group(90 cases).The control group was given iohexol contrast medium,and the observation group was given ethiodized poppyseed oil contrast medium.The excellent rate of image quality,disease detection results,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of image quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of intrauterine adhesion,intrauterine space-occupying lesions,pelvic adhesion,fallopian tube obstruction and incomplete occlusion of fallopian tube in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions such as fever,lower abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,contrast medium countercurrent,and contrast medium direct current in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ethiodized poppyseed oil has a good application effect in X-ray HSG of infertility patients,which can improve the image quality and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
