基于CTCS-3/CTCS-2临时级间转换点设置方案研究及实践

Abstract
The connection of newly-constructed high-speed railways to the signaling systems of existing railway hubs involves severe challenges.The core conflict lies in the extreme difficulty of coordinating space and time conflicts between the integrated testing and commissioning of newly-built railways and the safe train operation on existing lines.In the existing research,there is a lack of systematic solutions to this issue.Taking the project of connecting the Chongqing-Kunming High-Speed Railway to the Yibin(Luzhou)Hub as an example,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of engineering challenges and proposes key technologies for establishing a transition mechanism for dynamic downgrade between CTCS-3 and CTCS-2 at the interface between newly-built and existing lines as an innovative solution.The proposed solution has been service-proven,demonstrating that setting CTCS-3/CTCS-2 temporary transition points successfully resolves the technical difficulty of managing conflicts between integrated testing and commissioning and operational services under the newly-established Chongqing-Kunming dispatching console.This new solution complies with train control system specifications and standards,meets project timelines and operational requirements,accelerates the progress of integrated testing and commissioning by 71.4%,and restricts the failure rate of signaling systems for existing lines to ≤ 0.2 incidents per 10,000 train-kilometers.The research findings provide valuable insights for similar railway projects.关键词
