Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of postural change nursing in mechanical ventilation for neonatal pneumonia.Methods A total of 70 children with neonatal pneumonia who received mechanical ventilation treatment in the Department of Neonatology,Maternity and Child Health Care of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received routine nursing combined with postural change nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement time of shortness of breath,wheezing,and pulmonary rales in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen and oxygenation index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%,which was lower than 28.57% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of postural change nursing in mechanical ventilation for neonatal pneumonia has a good effect,which can promote symptom relief,improve blood gas indicators,and reduce complications,and is worthy of promotion.关键词
