面向温度应力释放的连续型无砟轨道单元化方案研究
Research on Unitization Scheme of Continuous Ballastless Track for Temperature Stress Release

Abstract
In order to better control the distresses of continuous ballastless track induced by temperature effect,partial and full replacement of slab joints in continuous ballastless track was conducted,the longitudinal connection system was transformed into a weak longitudinal connection system,and rebar planting anchoring was performed on this basis to reduce the risk of track structure instability.Finite element software was utilized to investigate the development patterns of temperature stresses and damage in the track structure under the conditions of full and partial slab joint replacement with rebar planting anchoring for different segment lengths.The results showed that for the slab joint partial replacement and rebar planting scheme,under the effect of an overall temperature rise of 50℃,different segment lengths had little effect on the damage to the track structure.The stress difference between the top and bottom surfaces of the track slab initially increased as a positive value and then continuously decreased as a negative value as the slab surface approached the embedded elastic cushion layer.Among the five segment lengths,for the segment length corresponding to four track slabs,the absolute value of the peak compressive stress difference between the top and bottom surfaces of the slabs was the smallest,reaching 9.09 MPa.Considering the track structure damage,the temperature stress control effect on the track structure was better for the segment length corresponding to every four track slabs.As for the slab joint full replacement and rebar planting scheme,under the effect of an overall temperature rise of 50℃,the influence of different segment lengths on the plastic damage of the track slab was relatively small,while the influence on the interface damage was more pronounced.关键词
