Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of diversified breast health management program in the nursing of patients with lactation mastitis.Methods Seventy patients with lactation mastitis treated in Lincheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hebei Province from February 2023 to May 2024 were selected.Using the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(35 cases)and the control group(35 cases).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received diversified breast health management program on the basis of the routine nursing.The clinical symptom control status,emotional state(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS]and self-rating depression scale[SDS]),and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The lump regression time,disappearance time of local pressure pain,time of body temperature return to normal,and patency time of mammary ducts in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 74.29% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified breast health management program can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and emotional state of patients with lactation mastitis,and increase nursing satisfaction.关键词
